Do you take on contract work?
Yes, all contracts are considered. We appreciate that this has become a very popular way in the construction industry.
Do you take on Insurance work?
Yes, we work with all major insurance companies.
How do you take payment?
You can pay either by BACS, Cheque, Credit/Debit card or cash.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice. A deposit may be required to cover in some circumstances.
Do I need plans to get a quote?
No, we can work from a description of the works to be carried. We can also help you get your plans ready.
Do you do work out of office hours?
We understand that some projects need to be completed out of hours. We can work though the night and over weekends to ensure there is minimum disruption to your working day.
Could you advise me on the type of build I need?
With over 15 years experience we can help you from concept to the completed job. We can advise on the materials to use and the items that add the finishing touch.
Are Glazed walls safe?
Yes, Importantly health and safety isn’t compromised in any way, all glazed panels and walls conform to BS6262 and BS6206, also 476 Part 22 when required and sound proofing is to BS EN ISO 140-3.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured including public liability insurance,
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes all work comes with a 2 year parts and labour guarantee.
How long will it take to get a quote?
We try and get all quoted back within 24 hour. Please note that some quotes will take longer during busy periods and when the requested quote requires bespoke materials.
Do you hold Health and Safety accreditations?
We hold both CHAS and Constructionline accreditations.
